Head Instructor, Bodywork Practitioner

Kenny understands the demands of Hong Kong’s fast-paced lifestyle firsthand — both as a movement specialist and as someone who prioritises daily workouts in his routine. He has found that Pilates and Gyrotonic serve as powerful extensions of the mind, body, and soul, both for his clients and in his own fitness journey.

An avid fitness enthusiast who maintains an active daily workout regimen, Kenny discovered his passion for Pilates and Gyrotonic when he turned to these methods to relieve his chronic back pain — experiencing immediate results. He realised that combining mindful focus with physical practice accelerated his healing and transformed his entire approach to exercise. This personal transformation fuels his teaching, as he continues to explore new ways to help others cultivate a positive, holistic approach to wellbeing.

When he’s not guiding clients, you’ll find Kenny committed to his movement practice, whether through strength training, Pilates, or exploring new movement modalities. This daily dedication to fitness allows him to:

  • Stay connected to the client experience

  • Test and refine techniques in his own body

  • Maintain the energy and vitality he brings to every session

As a bodywork practitioner, Kenny integrates manual manipulation techniques to support recovery from pain, injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. His expertise bridges movement and therapy, helping clients regain strength and mobility with precision.

Evelyn Hue

Head Instructor, Nutritionist

Evelyn Hue is a highly experienced health and fitness professional with over 20 years in the industry. She’s a Master Trainer, Senior Pilates Educator, Consultant, Pre & Post-natal Specialist, Entrepreneur, and Nutritional Therapist. With a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Science, Evelyn helps clients reach their health goals by combining the power of movement and nutrition in a holistic way that leads to real, lasting change.

As the Director of Grip, founded in 2024, Evelyn focuses on improving well-being through education, innovation, and science-based methods. Over the years, she has led workshops, corporate wellness events, and developed customized programs for boutique studios and international hotel brands. Her creative and results-driven approach makes her a trusted name in the field.

Outside of her professional work, Evelyn is an avid cyclist, swimmer, and runner. Her own active lifestyle reflects her commitment to health and inspires others to take charge of their wellness journey with balance and motivation.

Carmen Leung

Senior Instructor, Bodywork Practitioner

Carmen has been passionate about fitness since she finished school. She started out as an aerobics instructor, teaching everything from freestyle routines to BodyPump, BodyJam, and Spinning. Early on, she became interested in Yoga and Pilates, which led her to explore a more mindful and therapeutic approach to movement. Her experience with using Yoga and Pilates for rehabilitation opened up a new path, encouraging her to dive deeper into healing and mindful practices. Along the way, she’s learned from many great teachers and embraced different movement philosophies, which expanded her understanding of the body. Over the years, Carmen has added more tools to her skillset, including Neurokinetic Therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy (Stretch to Win), and Anatomy Trains Structural Integration. These approaches help her teach clients how to move better and feel better in their everyday lives. She’s also trained in GYROTONIC® methods, adding another layer to her movement expertise. With her wide-ranging background in fitness, yoga, Pilates, and injury prevention, Carmen helps her clients build strong technique, stay healthy, and move with more freedom, awareness, and grace.

Pilates, Yoga Instructor

Leo works in the asset management industry, where he discovered how helpful Pilates and Yoga can be in managing work-related stress. Through regular practice, he’s seen real improvements in his posture, muscle tone, and overall well-being—and it’s deepened his appreciation for mindful movement.

He’s a certified Polestar Instructor in Mat, Reformer, and Studio, and is part of the Polestar Education Team in Hong Kong. Leo takes a personalized approach to teaching, making sure each session is tailored to the individual’s needs and physical condition. He’s been influenced by many inspiring mentors who’ve shaped his style with precise alignment techniques and hands-on guidance.

In his classes, Leo encourages students to take on challenges and move with awareness and purpose. Outside of teaching, he enjoys hand balancing, weight training, and learning new languages, which reflects his well-rounded and curious nature.
