Private Sessions

At Grip, Work one-on-one with an expert instructor, using all Pilates equipment and Gyrotonic to create a program just for you. Whether your goal is less pain, smoother movement, or stronger posture, every session is tailored to your body’s needs.   With personalized guidance at every step, you’ll progress at your own pace—unlocking better strength, flexibility, and control. Transform the way you move, one session at a time.

Semi-Private Sessions

At Grip, This allow a maximum of 2 clients per instructor. Each session is personalized, with exercises adapted to suit each participant’s level and goals – this will personalize for both attendees’ needs and will use all Pilates equipment and Gyrotonic equipment as appropriate. We closely monitor client progress and recommend regular Evaluation Sessions to track improvement.
